Unit selection and floor plan guidance. The Hillshore holds 28 named layouts in 10 price bands, from a 743 sqft 2 Bedroom to a 2,185 sqft 4 Bedroom Premium Penthouse (Dual Key Duplex). We will narrow that to the two or three worth comparing on our Hillshore floor plan page, and tell you what is still on our Hillshore balance unit chart.
Financing, stamp duty and CPF. We will size an indicative loan, set out the cash and CPF due at each stage, and cover Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty for your residency and property count. Our Hillshore mortgage loan calculator runs the same figures in your own time.
Showflat appointments. Bookings for the gallery at Prince Charles Crescent go through our Hillshore showflat page, and we confirm every appointment with you before you travel.
Buying procedure and cooling measures. From the Option to Purchase through to exercising the sale and purchase agreement, we will set out what happens and when. If a recent cooling measure has changed your position, tell us and we will work through it.
