The Hillshore Floor Plan
Every layout in the development is in the downloadable The Hillshore Condo Floor Plan eBrochure (31MB PDF File).
The Hillshore holds 59 homes, drawn as 28 individually named layouts, and those 28 layouts sit within 10 bands. Those are three different numbers and they are easy to run together: 28 is the count of drawn layouts, 10 is the count of bands, and the bedroom span is 2 to 4. Sizes run from 743 sqft at the smallest 2 Bedroom to 2,185 sqft at the single 4 Bedroom Premium Penthouse.
The size quoted against every layout on this page is its strata area, and on this development that figure includes the home’s air-conditioner ledge. The two items excluded from it are the reinforced concrete ledge and the service void space. That is worth knowing before comparing price per square foot against anything else. Some developments quote areas that leave the air-conditioner ledge out; measured against one of those, the same physical home here is described by a larger number, so its price per square foot reads lower. The comparison flatters The Hillshore rather than the development beside it, which is the opposite of the way this point is usually put.
Outlook is covered in the Hillshore buyer’s guide, which names the four aspects the development is described by and states that no source assigns an aspect to a particular stack. The 360 virtual tours walk the built show units. Sizes against prices sit on the price page, and if you want help matching a layout to a stack and a level, the team can work through it with you.

Both blocks stand five storeys with an attic above, and the site fronts Pasir Panjang Road. Block 290 carries six stack columns and Block 292 seven, thirteen columns in all. The first storey carries only four homes across the whole development, two in each block, and what the arrival level, the basements and the landscape deck hold is set out on the project info page.
The fifth storey works differently from the four below it. It carries the penthouses, and for seven layouts it is the lower half of a two storey home that runs up into the attic. Those homes hold the tallest volumes in the development, reaching 6.00 m in a living or dining space, which is the maximum anywhere on site.
The Hillshore Unit Types
The ten bands below are the same ten used on the project info page and in the price chart. Full bathrooms are counted as bathrooms; a WC is counted separately, because a WC is a partial bathroom rather than a third bath.

2 Bedroom Floorplan Layout
Two layouts, seven homes, both at 69 sqm and 743 sqft. A1 takes stack 05 in Block 290 and runs the second to fifth storeys, four homes. A3 takes stack 12 in Block 292 and runs the second to fourth storeys, three homes. Each home holds two full bathrooms, a master bathroom and a common bathroom, and neither layout carries a separate WC.
The kitchen in this band runs a four zone V-ZUG induction hob, a V-ZUG 60cm conventional oven, a Samsung 435L fridge in a 70cm bay and a Blanco 44cm single bowl sink.
A1 and A3 are the same size and closely comparable in arrangement: bedroom two at one end, the living and dining space in the middle, the master bedroom at the other end, and the kitchen, foyer and household shelter behind. What separates them is which block and stack they sit in, which is what decides the level range and the outlook, rather than anything about the plan itself.
- 2 Bedroom Type A1 743 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Type A3 743 sqft
2 Bedroom Premium Floorplan Layout
Four layouts, ten homes, 75 to 79 sqm and 807 to 850 sqft. A2 takes stack 02 in Block 290 across the second to fifth storeys, four homes. A4 and A6 share stack 13 in Block 292, A4 with two homes at the fourth and fifth storeys and A6 with a single home at the third. A5 takes stack 15 in Block 292 across the third to fifth storeys, three homes. Two full bathrooms in every layout, no separate WC, and the same kitchen specification as the 2 Bedroom band.
What Premium buys in this band is a study rather than a third bedroom. Every one of the four layouts adds one, and that is the whole of the difference against the 2 Bedroom band.
Within the band, A4 and A6 are the same layout with a small difference at the study area, which is why they share a stack and sit 11 sqft apart. A2 and A5 are separate arrangements rather than variants of each other, A5 taking its own entrance foyer. The A5 home at the third storey, #03-15, takes its balcony as a private enclosed space, which the two A5 homes above it do not.
- 2 Bedroom Premium Type A2 829 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium Type A4 807 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium Type A5 850 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium Type A6 818 sqft
2 Bedroom Penthouse Floorplan Layout
Two layouts, two homes, 84 to 85 sqm and 904 to 915 sqft. A1 PH is #05-10 in Block 290 and A3 PH is #05-12 in Block 292, one home each. Both hold two full bathrooms and neither carries a separate WC. The kitchen specification matches the 2 Bedroom band.
These are single storey homes rather than duplexes. The extra area over the 2 Bedroom layouts below them is the double height volume above the living and dining space, which is why the drawn floor area on the plan is smaller than the size quoted here.
- 2 Bedroom Penthouse Type A1 PH 915 sqft
- Bedroom Penthouse Type A3 PH 904 sqft
2 Bedroom Premium Penthouse Floorplan Layout
Three layouts, three homes, 92 to 96 sqm and 990 to 1,033 sqft. A2 PH is #05-07 in Block 290; A4 PH is #05-18 and A5 PH is #05-20, both in Block 292. Two full bathrooms in each, no separate WC, and the 2 Bedroom kitchen specification.
Each of the three adds a study, as the 2 Bedroom Premium layouts below them do, and each is a single storey home carrying the double height volume over its living and dining space.
- 2 Bedroom Premium Penthouse Type A2 PH 1,012 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium Penthouse Type A4 PH 990 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium Penthouse Type A5 PH 1,033 sqft
3 Bedroom Floorplan Layout
Six layouts, 21 homes, 98 to 103 sqm and 1,055 to 1,109 sqft. This is the largest band in the development by some margin. B1 takes stack 06 in Block 290 across the first to fourth storeys. B3 takes stack 04 and B4 stack 03, both in Block 290 across the second to fifth storeys. B5 takes stack 17 and B6 stack 11, both in Block 292 across the first to fourth storeys. B8 is a single home at #04-14 in Block 292. Every layout holds two full bathrooms plus a separate WC.
The kitchen steps up here and stays at this level for the rest of the development: a Samsung 616L fridge in a 90cm bay and a Blanco 78cm double bowl sink, with the same four zone V-ZUG induction hob and V-ZUG 60cm conventional oven as the 2 Bedroom band. The common bathroom in every layout in this band opens from two sides on a Jack and Jill arrangement and is mechanically ventilated.
The six split into two approaches rather than six variants. B1 and B3 run a wider frontage, putting more of the home along the balcony line. B4, B5, B6 and B8 separate the dining space from the living space instead. Beyond that the differences are in room proportions and in where the kitchen sits, with no single named feature dividing them, and it is worth looking at two plans side by side rather than reading a list. Two of the first storey homes, #01-17 and #01-11 in Block 292, carry 4.60 m to the slab in the living, dining and bedrooms; #01-06 in Block 290 carries 3.70 m. The homes above them are at 3.20 m.
- 3 Bedroom Type B1 1,055 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Type B3 1,087 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Type B4 1,109 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Type B5 1,098 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Type B6 1,087 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Type B8 1,076 sqft
3 Bedroom Premium Floorplan Layout
Two layouts, five homes, 101 to 110 sqm and 1,087 to 1,184 sqft. B2 takes stack 01 in Block 290 across the first to fourth storeys, four homes. B7 is a single home at #05-14 in Block 292. Two full bathrooms plus a separate WC in both, and the same kitchen specification as the 3 Bedroom band.
Both layouts add a study, which is what Premium marks in this band as in the 2 Bedroom Premium band. B7 is the larger of the two at 1,184 sqft and sits at the top of its stack; B2 is the one that repeats up a column, and its first storey home, #01-01, carries 3.70 m to the slab in the living, dining and bedrooms against 3.20 m in the three above it.
- 3 Bedroom Premium Type B2 1,087 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Premium Type B7 1,184 sqft
3 Bedroom Premium Penthouse Floorplan Layout
One layout, one home. B7 PH is #05-19 in Block 292 at 134 sqm and 1,442 sqft. Two full bathrooms plus a separate WC, a study, and the 3 Bedroom kitchen specification.
It is a single storey home rather than a duplex, sitting above B7 in the same stack column, and the difference in size between the two is the double height volume over its living and dining space.
- 3 Bedroom Premium Penthouse Type B7 PH 1,442 sqft
4 Bedroom (Dual Key) Floorplan Layout
One layout, three homes, 137 sqm and 1,475 sqft each. C1 takes stack 16 in Block 292 across the third to fifth storeys. Three full bathrooms plus a separate WC, which is one more bathroom than any band below it.
Dual key means the home is divided into two parts behind one front door and one strata title. The second part is self contained: its own entrance foyer, a junior master bedroom, a junior master bathroom and a kitchenette. The main part holds the living and dining space, the kitchen, two further bedrooms, the master bedroom with its bathroom, the common bathroom and the WC.
This band is where the kitchen specification stops tracking bedroom count. The main kitchen runs the same four zone V-ZUG induction hob, V-ZUG 60cm conventional oven, Samsung 616L fridge and Blanco 78cm double bowl sink as the 3 Bedroom band. The kitchenette in the second key does not: it runs a two zone V-ZUG induction hob, a Samsung 435L fridge in a 70cm bay, a Blanco 44cm single bowl sink and no oven at all. If the second key is going to be lived in rather than used as a study or a store, that is the line to check. The lowest of the three homes, #03-16, takes its balcony as a private enclosed space.
- 4 Bedroom (Dual Key) Type C1 1,475 sqft
4 Bedroom Penthouse (Duplex) Floorplan Layout
Six layouts, six homes, one of each, 153 to 165 sqm and 1,647 to 1,776 sqft. B1 PH is #05-06, B2 PH is #05-01, B3 PH is #05-09 and B4 PH is #05-08, all in Block 290. B5 PH is #05-17 and B6 PH is #05-11, both in Block 292. Three full bathrooms plus a separate WC in every one, and the 3 Bedroom kitchen specification.
Each of the six is drawn across two pages because it is a two storey home. The fifth storey carries the living and dining space, the kitchen, a balcony, the household shelter, bedrooms two and three, a junior master bedroom with its own bathroom, the common bathroom and the WC. The attic above carries the master bedroom, the master bathroom, a walk in robe and a roof terrace, set around a double height void open to the living space below.
The master bathroom in this band is specified above the rest of the development: a Duravit SensoWash washlet WC and an above counter basin, against the undermount basin used everywhere else. Only this band and the 4 Bedroom Premium Penthouse get it. What separates the six from each other is mostly the shape of the fifth storey footprint and where the stair lands, since each sits at the top of a different stack, so the plans repay a side by side read.

4 Bedroom Premium Penthouse (Dual Key Duplex) Floorplan Layout
One layout, one home. C1 PH is #05-21 in Block 292 at 203 sqm and 2,185 sqft, the largest home in the development. Three full bathrooms plus a separate WC.
It is the only layout that is both dual key and duplex, and the split runs vertically rather than side by side. The fifth storey carries the main home: entrance foyer, study, kitchen, living and dining space, a balcony, bedrooms two and three, a junior master bedroom with its own bathroom, the common bathroom and the WC. The attic above is the second key, holding its own living and dining space and its own kitchen alongside the master bedroom, the master bathroom and a walk in robe, opening onto two roof terraces.
The main kitchen and the master bathroom follow the 4 Bedroom Penthouse specification, including the washlet WC. The attic kitchen is the reduced kitchenette specification used in the C1 dual key, with a two zone induction hob and no oven.

- 4 Bedroom Premium Penthouse (Dual Key Duplex) Type C1 PH 2,185 sqft (Upper Storey)
How to Read The Hillshore Floor Plans
The abbreviations. HS is the household shelter, the reinforced room every Singapore home is built with. WC is a water closet, counted separately from a full bathroom because it holds no shower. DB is the distribution board box, the consumer unit, and it is worth noting where it lands because it fixes the position of a stretch of wall. F marks the fridge space, and W/D the washer cum dryer position. Two more label the ledges: A/C LEDGE is the air-conditioner ledge and RC LEDGE the reinforced concrete ledge.
Why one layout shows three versions of the same edge. Most plans carry the main drawing plus two or three small insets, each headed with the unit numbers it applies to. They are not alternative layouts. The home is the same in each; what changes is the ledge along one edge, which is a reinforced concrete ledge on some storeys and an air-conditioner ledge on others. Read the inset that names your unit number and ignore the rest.
Balcony screens. Balconies can be screened under an approved system: motorised retractable aluminium venetian blinds, offered as a buyer option rather than fitted as standard. Tilted to fully closed they keep rain off the balcony. What they do not do is seal it, so a screened balcony is still an outdoor space and cannot be air conditioned as though it were a room. The cost varies by unit and sits with the price chart.
