The Hillshore Virtual Tour

360° View Of The Hillshore Showflat Units

Four tours sit on this page: the showflat gallery, a 360 aerial view over the site, and two homes, the 3 Bedroom Type B1 at 1,055 sqft and the 4 Bedroom (Dual Key) Type C1 at 1,475 sqft. Only one of those two homes is built. The Type B1 is the show unit you can walk at the gallery; the Type C1 tour is made from renderings and has no built counterpart at the showflat.

A 360 tour repays a reader who knows what to look at. In the Type B1 that is the kitchen, which carries a four zone V-ZUG induction hob, a V-ZUG 60cm oven and range hood, a 616L Samsung fridge in a 90cm bay and a Blanco 78cm double bowl sink; the bathrooms, where the fittings are Duravit and Hansgrohe over Geberit concealed cisterns; and the floor, which is large format tile through the living and dining area and engineered timber in the bedrooms. Height is the other thing a screen flattens: 3.20 m to the slab in the living, dining and bedroom spaces on the second to fourth storeys, dropping to 2.70 m under the bulkhead.

Click around to explore the spaces. Every layout is drawn band by band on our Hillshore floor plan page, and our Hillshore showflat page books an appointment to walk the show unit in person.

The Showflat Gallery and the Aerial View

The aerial tour is not a home. It is a 360 view over the site with the site plan laid across the development, which is the quickest way to place the two blocks and the communal levels against the streets around them.

It also opens four vantage points from positions inside the development:
Block 290 attic
Block 292 fourth storey, pool facing
Block 292 attic, pool facing
Block 292 attic, greenery facing

The Hillshore is not built yet, so those four are modelled positions rather than photographs taken from a finished home. The aerial itself was captured in late 2023, so what it shows around the site is the neighbourhood as it stood then rather than as it will stand at completion. Three of them carry a facing label and the Block 290 vantage does not, and none of the four ties an outlook to a particular stack.

The showflat gallery. The first tour is the sales gallery itself, at Prince Charles Crescent, opposite The Crest. It is the room you will sit in with our team rather than a home, and it is here so the appointment holds no surprises.

3 Bedroom Type B1, 1,055 sqft. This is the one built show unit. Type B1 belongs to the 3 Bedroom band, which holds six layouts across 21 homes and is the largest band in the development; B1 is the smallest of the six, and the band runs up to 1,109 sqft. All four B1 homes sit in stack 06 in Block 290, at #01-06, #02-06, #03-06 and #04-06. The layout carries two full bathrooms plus a separate WC, and its common bathroom opens from two sides on a Jack and Jill arrangement and is mechanically ventilated, which is a 3 Bedroom feature rather than a development wide one. Height changes with the storey and the tour does not say which of the four homes it was shot in: the second to fourth storey homes are at 3.20 m to the slab, while #01-06 on the first storey is drawn at 3.70 m.

4 Bedroom (Dual Key) Type C1, 1,475 sqft, from renderings. Type C1 is the only layout in its band, with three homes at #03-16, #04-16 and #05-16 in Block 292. It divides into a main home and a second suite with its own entrance, and it carries three full bathrooms plus a separate WC. This tour was created from renderings rather than shot in a built room. It shows the layout and the intended finish, and it is not a record of an installed one, so treat what you see as the design rather than as a unit standing at the gallery.

The specification step the two tours show. Both homes take the same main kitchen: the four zone V-ZUG hob and 60cm oven, the 616L Samsung fridge in a 90cm bay and the Blanco 78cm double bowl sink. The dual key second suite is where the tier breaks. Its kitchenette runs a two zone hob, a 435L fridge in a 70cm bay and a single bowl sink, and it carries no oven at all. Specification does not simply track bedroom count in this development, and two kitchens inside one home is easier to see in a 360 view than to read in a table.

What is not on this page. Eight of the ten price bands have no tour. There is nothing for any 2 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom Premium home, nothing for the 3 Bedroom Premium band, and nothing for any of the four penthouse bands. The seven duplex penthouses are the sharpest omission, because they are a genuinely different plan rather than a larger version of what these tours show: they run across the fifth storey and the attic above it, with ceilings reaching 6.00 m over the living space, and no 360 view of a single storey home suggests what that is like.

Outlook is covered in our Hillshore Buyer’s Guide at development level: it names the four aspects the development is described by and states that no source assigns an aspect to a particular stack. Neither the aerial tour nor a show unit tour answers that question.

See the Show Unit in Person

A screen flattens the three things the showflat is best at. Scale, because 1,055 sqft reads differently once you have walked it. Materials, because tile, timber and sanitaryware are judged with your hands. And ceiling height, which at 3.20 m to the slab in the Type B1 living space is the specification most often quoted and least often felt.

What no tour on this page settles is which home to buy. One of the two unit tours is a rendering, the aerial’s four vantage points are modelled positions in blocks that are not built, and between them they cover two of the ten bands. Which way a given stack faces, and what a particular storey looks out on, are worked through against the unit distribution chart and the site plan with our sales team, so bring a unit number, or a shortlist of two or three, and the appointment does far more than the tours can. The showflat is at Prince Charles Crescent, opposite The Crest, open by appointment daily from 10am to 7pm. It is not at the project site, which is about 4.5 km away, so a visit settles scale, materials, ceiling height and finish quality; it does not settle light, level or outlook.
